CREE. Gives Back
Scholarship
CREE. is passionate about our vision to go back to Crenshaw High School and identify the most deserving student from an unorthodox perspective. This student would have a GPA of 2.50-2.95, be either male or female and participate in either softball or baseball. On the grand scope of things we would fund their entire first year at a Cal State University campus. As our funding increases we plan to expand to other colleges and universities.
How to Qualify
The applicant should have a GPA of 2.50-2.95, be either male or female and participate in either softball, baseball, or cheerleading. The applicant will attend an in person interview with the CREE. founder, Miss Hart and scholarship selection board. The applicant will also need to commit to attending one to two annual community events that CREE. supports. As well as write a brief essay (topic TBD), submit one letter of recommendation, and a certified transcript.
How We Fund It
At the end of each tax season a portion of the overall revenue that CREE. produces will be set aside to fund this scholarship. As well as, soliciting donations through our website and at CREE. events.
